Position Overview:

Lawrence Landscape Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to lead a crew in performing high-quality commercial and residential landscape maintenance services. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing day-to-day operations on maintenance job sites while ensuring safety, efficiency, and excellence in every project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Crew Leadership: Supervise and motivate maintenance crew members to meet daily goals and uphold company standards.

• Scheduling & Planning: Coordinate with management to plan daily tasks, assign duties, and prepare necessary tools, materials, and equipment.

• Safety Compliance: Enforce all safety guidelines and company policies, ensuring a safe work environment for all team members.

• Quality Control: Ensure all work meets Lawrence Landscape Group’s quality standards and client expectations.

• Site Inspections: Conduct walk-throughs of properties to monitor conditions and identify areas needing improvement or attention.

• Training & Development: Provide on-the-job training for crew members and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

• Communication: Act as the key point of contact between the crew and Production/Operations Managers.

• Equipment Oversight: Monitor proper use, maintenance, and care of all landscaping tools and equipment.

• Documentation: Maintain daily reports on work completed, time tracking, and any issues or incidents on site.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role

• Strong knowledge of landscape tools, equipment, and best practices

• Familiarity with plant health, turf care, irrigation systems, and seasonal maintenance schedules

• Ability to read and follow site plans, schedules, and job scopes

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred (not required)
